Peppermint Hot Chocolate

It’s that time of year again! I love indulging in peppermint hot chocolate but without the blood sugar spikes. I\’ve been drinking Cacao Bliss for a little over a year now. I\’m picky about my chocolate. This blend is actually good for you. It fights inflammation, boosts your immune system and gives you natural sustained energy without the crash.

Sometimes I\’ll add in a little coffee too. It\’s so smooth and creamy. To me, chocolate is best served very rich and creamy.

The Recipe:

• 1- 1.5 cups hot water
• 1/2 cup milk of choice (I like to use raw cream/whole milk)

Be careful when adding the peppermint – is very strong. One drop of Young Living Peppermint oil is the equivalent of 27 bags of peppermint tea. If you\’re unsure, add a toothpick to the opened bottle and use it to mix in your prepared chocolate drink.

Please do not use just any kind of peppermint oil. All oils are not created equal.
